Popular UK stock is typically delivered within 10–15 working days. Please allow up to 30 working days for European stock. If you’ve added our planting service, we’ll be in touch to arrange this with you. Plants are living, perishable goods, so once delivered and accepted they cannot be returned or refunded. We provide free online care guides, but do not offer a plant guarantee and you are responsible for your plants’ ongoing care. Custom pleached trees are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature, so please double-check your measurements before ordering.
