If you’ve added the planting service, we’ll be in touch to book everything in. Please make sure your planting site is clear, level, and has good soil and drainage. Plants are perishable, so once they’ve been delivered and accepted, they can’t be returned or refunded. We offer free online care guides but don’t offer a plant guarantee and you are responsible for your plant's ongoing care. Custom pleached trees are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature, so please do double-check your measurements before ordering.
