Just wanted to say a big thank you for your patience today! The trees are in the ground and were delivered perfectly, the delivery man was lovely! The process has been great and you have been brilliant every time I contacted you all. Very happy with them.

I cannot rate this company enough. The customer service and knowledge is resplendent. I contacted several companies online before coming across Just pleachy and honestly, this company exceeds in all aspects. The team are friendly and efficient; they were able to meet my criteria (I wanted flowering pleached but had a limited budget) the company went beyond my expectations by researching on my behalf (I’m a garden novice) and ensuring the correct tree for my soil.The delivery was easy and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Another plus was the ability to use Klarna to spread the cost so that what I wanted was attainable. I have had lots of compliments from fellow residents and cannot wait to purchase my next batch of pleached trees. I definitely will not be going anywhere else.

From ordering to delivery and planting service. The pre order discussions and guidance really helped, the logistics working around us with other projects going on in the garden were no trouble, and the two man team who delivered and planted were amazing. The weather was freezing, they worked in practically a mud bath and had a long drive both ways. They were smiling, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. An all round amazing job and would recommend wholeheartedly. We’ve had loads of flowers on our pleached Camelias and under planted with white ‘Snowball Camelia bushes’. Looking forward to seeing them mature.

Grounds & Greens finished planting these pleached Red Robins from Just Pleachy. Absolutely lovely trees. They arrived really healthy. We went with Just Pleachy because we wanted non-standard trees (150cm clear stem), and they could bespoke pleach for us. Absolutely fantastic trees.

I would just like to say as Trade Customers how impressed we have been, not only with the quality of the pleached trees which we ordered, but with the entire customer service which we received from Just Pleachy. From initial enquiry to delivery on site, the standard of service at every stage has been fantastic. Gen and the sales team were extremely helpful in suggesting available stock as well as informing us of their bespoke service which although not required for this project, will be incredibly useful in the future.

I had been hunting around for some time for my screening project in the garden. Just Pleachy were able to answer the many questions I had and provided options for me to consider without any sales pressure. We're very pleased with the quality of the trees delivered, and Just Pleachy have also responded to after care queries in the same timely fashion that they did the original sales query. The trees seem to be bedding in well and we're happy with our purchase.

It's now been two weeks since I planted these trees, so I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to give you my top 5 reasons for choosing Just Pleachy, if you were thinking about buying pleached trees for yourself.

I chose younger trees that would establish themselves over time, which kept the cost down for me. But you also have the choice of buying more established trees, which are going to be fuller and give you that instant screening which issomething you might want straight away.

Number 2: Choice

The Just Pleachy website is really easy to navigate and has such a great variety of choice. I opted for these Japanese privets for year-round privacy. In late summer, they should develop delicate white flowers and, hopefully, by the autumn, produce some deep purple berries.

Number 3: Expert Support

This website is great if you just want to browse photographs, but if you dig into their guides, it gives you all the advice you need for purchasing, growing, and maintaining your trees. They also offer a free consultation if you need to discuss anything before making a purchase.

Number 4: Delivery

These are big trees, and part of their beauty is that they provide instant screening to give you the privacy you need. If you buy three or more trees from Just Pleachy, they throw in free delivery as part of the service. So unless you've got a big truck to get them home yourself, that's an ideal solution for most people.

Number 5: Quality

The quality of these trees is as you'd expect, and they nicely match the pictures on their website. I even received photographs of the trees selected for me before they were delivered. They arrived healthy, and within half an hour, obviously with the help of my dad, I was able to get them planted and in the ground. Now they're growing well, and we'll leave them like this as they mature over the winter.

Their sales process was extremely helpful and they gave us great advice. The order process was very professional and gave us the assurance that the trees would be of a high quality. And their delivery and planting service was also first rate. Many thanks.

Ordered pleached red Robins in different sizes for our new build property to provide an instant screening. Also added some other plants such as a lollipop bay tree which the staff helped us choosing. They were very helpful and knowledgeable.

We are delighted with the trees and the overall service we have received.  Gen gave me some great advice and helped me to pick the right trees and today Henry and Thomas planted the trees and did a fantastic job.  Our garden provided a slight challenge as the side fence is on a slope and Henry was so helpful and knowledgeable in finding the correct solution.  As a result the completed job is very professional and looks wonderful.  Both Henry and Thomas worked really hard and were a delight to deal with.  We couldn't be more delighted and we can't wait to see how the trees grow over the coming months and years.  In the not too distant future I will look to order more plants from yourselves to complete the look.
