Many thanks to the Just Pleachy team for the wonderful hornbeams. All 6 are looking great in the garden and we’re looking forward to the spring season to see them develop! Great communication on the delivery and the delivery driver was a star in helping us get them to the back garden and ready for planting!

Excellent customer service from start to finish.

Rachel and Stevie have been a great help to me right from the beginning of my decision to have pleached trees in my courtyard garden. They withheld the delivery of my plants over the Summer as we were away for long periods during that time when watering would have been difficult and again when we had to have new fencing installed. They were always in contact immediately replying to my many emails almost by return for which I was very grateful. I am looking forward now to seeing them in position.

We purchased 5 Red Robins for our garden project. We had priced them up elsewhere but worried about the quality and then found Just Pleachy.
My wife used the tool to find the best tree and had a great experience with customer service via the chat facility, which helped us know that Just Pleachy wa the place for us.
Delivery was quick (much quicker than expected) and the trees that arrived are beautiful. Lovely and strong and some were already on their way to being established.
The delivery driver was knowledgeable and have some advice about planting, as we were doing it ourselves, and also reassured that they would be fine in the pots for a while until we were ready to plant.
Along came Storm Amy and it delayed our plans but the trees coped well - no breakages or anything, still perfect for when we could finally get them in the ground.
Advice from Just Pleachy has been the real USP - they help you at all stages and follow up with after care emails too. Top notch!

We bought 2 of these to screen off our neighbours houses from overlooking our seating area at the end of our garden. They had an instant impact and pleachy make the care easy to understand.

We had an outstanding experience with Just Pleachy from start to finish. They were exceptional in helping us sort out payment options, and the Elaeagnus × ebbingei we received was absolutely stunning—healthy, vibrant, and exactly as described. Their delivery service was incredibly flexible, accommodating our timeframes and needs with ease. Most impressively, their customer service was the best we’ve experienced—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. We absolutely would not hesitate to use them. If you’re looking for Peached trees, Just Pleachy should be at the top of your list.

Trees (Pleached Silverberry) had the first prune and the arborist said they are in great condition and establishing / growing really well! Despite the upfront cost they were a great investment.

The driver was extremely helpful and took my four trees into my back garden (in a wheelchair so I couldn’t do it) he was very pleasant and chatty and took care to place the trees and stakes carefully

The trees are fantastic and you get a progress picture of them. I also happened to make a mistake when I ordered a tree and the customer service to make sure it was easy to get things changed was super easy. 10 out of 10. I will be using them again very soon.

The just peachy website is a dream to use, especially compared to other gardening websites. Customer service and response times were excellent, and the choice of pleached trees is way more than elsewhere. The lead time for delivery was a little longer than I’d expected but communication was kept up whilst I waited and I’m so happy with my trees. Would 100% recommend Just Pleachy!

I cannot rate this company enough. The customer service and knowledge is resplendent. I contacted several companies online before coming across Just pleachy and honestly, this company exceeds in all aspects. The team are friendly and efficient; they were able to meet my criteria (I wanted flowering pleached but had a limited budget) the company went beyond my expectations by researching on my behalf (I’m a garden novice) and ensuring the correct tree for my soil.The delivery was easy and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Another plus was the ability to use Klarna to spread the cost so that what I wanted was attainable. I have had lots of compliments from fellow residents and cannot wait to purchase my next batch of pleached trees. I definitely will not be going anywhere else.
